For all you classic Whovians out there. I bring you the Fourth Doctor! Almost anybody that I talk to who grew up watching Doctor Who always mentions Tom Baker as the Doctor. He changed the way the show was and helped shape it to what it is today. His scarf is as detailed as possible. I tried my best to follow the pattern and add some knitted texture to it.
